Which College, Program, or Job did you start after graduating?

• The following fall I started studying at Pacific Lutheran University

Are you still pursuing what you started or have you changed directions?

• I am still a declared chemistry major. My emphasis area has shifted from biochemistry to the physical side of chemistry with a focus on analytical chemistry. Going in I was definitely leaning towards medical fields for graduate school - now I may be pursuing a PhD program in chemistry.

What do you know now that you wished you knew when choosing what to do after high school?

• I wish I understood the wide variety of career paths that exist inside of each major. If you study what you enjoy in college, you are also able to find jobs that apply just the things you enjoyed of your major. With my chemistry PhD I would look to become a material scientist in industry, which is a path I couldn't have imagined going in to college.
