GENERAL NEWS

All Library books are due Friday, May 18.  Return your textbooks to the library as soon as you are finished with them starting Wednesday, May 23rd!  Seniors must have a clear account in order to receive graduation ceremony tickets on Friday, May 25th.  Save everyone---including yourself a lot of hassle---return your books on time!
 

SGT Christopher Milazzo from the Marines will be at JDHS during lunch in the commons on Thursday, May 24.  Come by and ask any questions you might have about the Marines.

Want to register to vote?  If so there will be folks here in the commons Fri.  to help you register.

Goldbelt Heritage Foundation is accepting 2012 Path To Excellence Academy Applications (July 1 - July 13) for the high school youth entering grades 9-12th. This is a teen summer camp that gives duel elective high school credit as well as 2 college credits.  The deadline is Thursday, May 30, 2012.  Please come by the Career Center for an application.

Prom pictures have arrived!  You can pick up your picture in the Activities Office during lunch time!

Principles of Engineering (1 credit, full year course), CAD 1, Creative Woods,  Video Production,  Accounting I and II,  Auto Mechanics I and II Ceramics I, II, and III

SENIORS:  If you are interested in obtaining an Endorsement, please see your counselor ASAP.  Endorsements are available in the following areas:  Honors, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Fine Arts, Health/Fitness, Graphic Design/Media Communications, Visual Arts, Humanities, and Finance/Marketing.

Principles of Engineering course will be scheduled for 0 hour next school year. Earn 1 science credit for full year class. Sign up for this class in the JDHS counseling office.
