Welcome to the JDHS Counseling Web Page.

*Can you believe that the end of the school year is only weeks away? The Counseling Office has enjoyed every minute of working with your students this year, however, we do need to remind them that school is not over yet. Students still have projects to complete, tests to study for, correspondence to complete, etc.

*Our Seniors should be thinking about graduation. It is just days away. PowerSchool is a wonderful tool to keep on-track with classes, credits, etc. See the End-of-Year Calendar below.

* Please contact Dee Greene at 523-1622 with any questions regarding caps and gowns.

*If your student is completing any correspondence courses, the final exams should have already been ordered or ordered as soon as possible. Contact your counselor with any questions.

* Please check your student's PowerSchool to make sure their are keeping on track, especially seniors who need to pass their classes for graduation.

* We just received the flyer for the Summer 2012 CARES High School credit recovery classes. Please contact your counselor for more information.

May 27, 2012	Commencement Ceremony	Main Gym	Doors open at 2:30 pm. Commencement begins at 4 p.m.	Seniors- line up in the Aux. Gym at 3 p.m. Bring cap, gown, cords and tassel.
